In addition, How to Share Your Faith covers the basics of how to respond in a positive way if someone is not receptive and how to deal with spiritual outreach questions that may come up along the way.
Dr. Tucker also highlights the importance of incorporating an effective “red zone” evangelism teaching aid. The “red zone” is a football term used when the team has moved the ball down the field so that it is inside the 20-yard line within striking distance of the goal – a touchdown. Seekers who are in the “red zone” are those that often have to travel a long spiritual journey before they come to faith with Christ. It is essential that pastors and believers are sensitive to these seekers. Dr. Tucker offers effective church outreach ideas when approaching these unique individuals.
Dr. Tucker has been in the ministry for more than 40 years as a senior pastor and associate pastor. While attending University California, Los Angeles (UCLA), he began leading people with church outreach resources throughout his work with Campus Crusade for Christ.
